The City of Leiden
Leiden is one of the cities that I sometimes visit together with my hubby and parent’s in law. It’s the city where there are many University Schools, in fact when I visit there for the very first time, I wonder why there were so many bicycles and many young students, I didn’t know before that in that city, it has many schools. Aside from schools, there are also many things that you can visit and you can see. They have many museums that I visited already, but not all of it, only some museums. You can take a canal tour, which I never tried yet in this city. You can visit some churches that they have and of course there shopping malls, the nicest part that I love to explore. Well, it’s a crowded city, due too many students population.
But what I attracted most in this city is the windmill. Looking it from far gives already a better view for tourist people. With its green plants that surround on it, it’s very beautiful to watch. I took few shoots on it and select which one is the best view that I took.

Leiden is a unique city known for its beautiful historical center with numerous small canals and almost 3000 historic buildings. Leiden's atmosphere is largely determined by the first university in the Netherlands (1575), which has developed into a world-famous centre of science, while its many students contribute to the lively and convivial atmosphere in the city. This makes Leiden an attraction for thousands of tourists every year.
