She has many papers/documents/files that she wants to put it altogether and now she can do it by herself. With this useful thing, she can start a simple business also by accepting some documents/files from other people and put them altogether. Isn’t that a good idea? She has a photo copier already, so this is something additional for the service she offered *wink*.
